These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the UdaipurTaxi.com website and the taxi services we provide in and around Udaipur. By making an enquiry or confirming a booking, you accept these terms.

Bookings & quotes

All fares are shared as all-inclusive quotes by email and are confirmed before travel. A booking is considered confirmed once you approve the quote and we acknowledge it. Quotes are based on the details you provide; significant changes to the itinerary, distance or timing may affect the fare, which we will communicate in advance.

Fares & payment

The agreed fare includes the vehicle, driver and fuel. Where applicable, tolls, state taxes, parking and a driver night allowance are stated in your quote. Any additional stops or extra kilometres beyond the agreed plan may be charged at pre-informed rates. Payment terms are confirmed with your booking.

Responsibilities

• Please provide accurate pickup details and be ready at the agreed time.
• The number of passengers should not exceed the seating capacity of the booked vehicle.
• Illegal activities, smoking or damage to the vehicle are not permitted; any damage may be chargeable.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures or events beyond our control.

Cancellations

Cancellations are handled fairly as described in our Cancellation Policy. Please inform us as early as possible if your plans change.

Liability

We take every care to provide a safe, comfortable service. However, our liability is limited to the value of the booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for personal belongings left in the vehicle.
