We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and the drivers who reserve their time for your trip.

How to cancel

To cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking, simply email us at info@udaipurtaxi.com as early as possible. The sooner you let us know, the easier it is to accommodate changes at no cost.

Cancellation guidelines

• Free cancellation when you cancel well in advance of your scheduled pickup, with no charge.
• Short-notice cancellations close to the pickup time may attract a small charge to cover the driver's reserved time and any travel already undertaken to reach you.
• No-shows — if the driver arrives as scheduled and the passenger is not available, a charge may apply.
• Outstation & multi-day trips may have specific terms, which are shared with your quote.

Rescheduling

Where possible, we are happy to reschedule your booking to a new date or time at no extra cost, subject to availability. Just let us know your revised plan.

Our cancellations

In the rare event that we must cancel due to a vehicle issue or circumstances beyond our control, we will do our best to arrange a suitable alternative promptly, or there will be no charge to you.
